My perspective on the course was that it created a environment of collaboration for the teams to grow in their case presentations. WoW, where to begin? I met Eric in the fall of 2004. We started working together in January. We had a series of monthly conference calls with my staff learning communication and practice management skills. He helped us to understand patient personalities, objection formulas, how to answer patient’s questions, helping patients to understand the health of their mouth. This helps us to communicate with our patients and allows us to help them find solutions to their problems. Eric has helped me with the business side of Dentistry. We track referrals, discuss profit and loss, follow treatment proposed and accepted, discuss SEO, Facebook, patient reminders, office upgrades. He is my total practice consultant. Thirteen years later I look forward to our monthly phone calls to discuss my practice. He is a pleasure to work with.

Eric hosted a two day event for our dental group, Dental Choice. He had our whole team engaged and captivated as we worked through some of the common occurrences and issues we all tend to struggle with. Eric got our teams to participate in role play, to shout out answers, and to brainstorm together.
